Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through norilia.shop.

1. The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every bottle of Norilia Fermented Black Garlic Extract is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. You may request a refund of the purchase price at any point within 90 days of delivery.

The guarantee period begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date it was placed.

2. Eligibility

Refunds under the 90-day guarantee are available for unopened bottles only.

Opened or partially used bottles are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. If you believe your product is faulty or defective, see section 4.

We do not require you to return the product for standard refund requests. No physical return is necessary.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email stahl.charley4@gmail.com and include your order number.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 90-day guarantee period.

4. Faulty or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, email stahl.charley4@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and its packaging.

Opened bottles are eligible for a full refund or replacement where the product is confirmed faulty or defective. A physical return may be required at our discretion. Where a return is required for a faulty or defective product, return shipping is paid by us.

Claims under this section are separate from the 90-day money-back guarantee.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your request being approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at your election.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds issued to the original payment method typically appear within a further 3 to 10 business days. This processing time is controlled by your financial institution and is outside our control.

You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Email stahl.charley4@gmail.com as soon as possible after ordering.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier it cannot be recalled. In that event, the 90-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of delivery.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Protection, where purchased, is non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, as the service has already been provided.

8. Statutory Rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
